Unwashed or unworn merchandise, with tags attached, may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full refund minus a ten (10) percent restocking fee.

Sale merchandise, swimsuits, and jewelry are final sale, no returns permitted.

If you need to return an item, please call  (954)765-1055 between Mon-Fri (10 to 6pm) eastern standard time,  to obtain a return authorization (RA#)

You may return,  Jatemclothing.com purchases, by mailing it to our store location at the following address  including the RA# obtained in advance clearly on the box:

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded under any circumstance. Any Returns or exchanges at Jatemclothing.com  purchased by mail requires the following instructions.

1. Please include a copy of your pay pal proof of purchase in the box
2. On the packing slip , circle the item(s) you’re returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip.
3. For returns, the original credit card will be credited, within one to two weeks of receiving the merchandise.
4. For exchanges, please call (954)-765-1055 and we will be happy to find you a replacement.
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to indicate both your RA number that you obtained from our Returns Department, clearly written on the box or envelope. 

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.                  Jatem Clothing.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Return status
Returns mailed to Jatemclothing.com may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any Jovani gown or special orders need to be returned after 7 days with a 20% restocking fee for any returns.

Jatem Clothing  will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
